here is the smaller 20mm version on the big screen -

Uuuuuuuuuuuum, if that's supposed to be a 20mm gun in the C-47/DC-3 then the "effects" grossly missed their mark. Passable for 5.56mm or 7.62mm at best. In reality just a short 20mm burst on a localized target will blanket the area in a dense fog that will take several minutes to clear.

seems fiction rules.

there are entire shows based on effects that people

can't seem to separate from reality.

like those two guys that build stage props,

who actually got their own show, still making props.

we know them as the 'mythbusters'.

not to mention that when a 20mm shell makes contact with

a 'human body',

people often splatter ...
